Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us as soon as possible via:

We recommend providing at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to allow us to offer the slot to another patient in need.

Cancellation Notice Periods and Fees

• More than 24 hours before the appointment: No cancellation fee will be charged. We appreciate your courtesy in providing ample notice.
• Less than 24 hours before the appointment: A cancellation fee of $25 & no show fee may apply. This fee helps cover administrative and preparation costs.

Fees are billed to the payment method on file or invoiced directly. We reserve the right to adjust fees based on the specific service (e.g., initial consultations vs. follow-ups).

Refunds

Refunds for prepaid services or packages will be processed in accordance with this policy:

• Full refunds are available for cancellations made more than 48 hours before the first appointment in a package.
• Partial refunds or credits may be issued for later cancellations, minus any applicable fees.
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

Please note that certain services, such as custom treatment plans or non-refundable supply orders, may have additional restrictions.

Special Circumstances

We understand that emergencies or unforeseen events occur. In cases of medical emergencies, family crises, or other extenuating circumstances, please contact us immediately—we will work with you to waive fees or reschedule without penalty when possible. Documentation may be required for verification.

Impact on Services

Frequent cancellations or no-shows may affect your ongoing care, including temporary suspension of booking privileges until fees are settled. However, this will not impact your right to seek care elsewhere or emergency services.
